Angela Martin is a 28 year old signer from Chicago. She has been fortunate enough to make the Hollywood audition rounds of American Idol season seven, eight, and nine. Unfortunately for her her time was cut short in seasons 7 and season's 8 because of circumstances out of her control.
Angela Martin is in her last year of eligibility for American Idol and will be trying to overcome further problems in season 9 as her mother has been missing since just after Christmas 2009. Despite the loss she is singing on in an attempt to make it to the top 20 and realize her American idol dream.
